3. Property Management Services

Luna Homes provides premium property management services. All inquiries through the website constitute a request for information and do not create a binding management contract until a separate Management Agreement is signed by both parties.

4. Guest & Booking Terms

For guests booking through our partner channels (Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com), the terms and conditions of those respective platforms apply in addition to these Website terms. Guests must adhere to individual house rules provided at the time of booking.

Luna Homes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Luna Homes or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Luna Homes' website.
